DraftStreet.com runs daily fantasy sports games with tons of cash prizes and the cool part is that entry fees range from free for the casual fan to $200+ for the real
We’ve partnered up with Draftstreet to do a FREE one-day fantasy league with $50 in cash prizes exclusively for readers of PuckCentral. Top 3 teams get prizes!
When DraftStreet approached me about a potential partnership I checked out the site and was super excited by what I saw. I signed up right away! Let's face it, if you play fantasy hockey and draft a garbage team or have a ton of injuries because of freak accidents, who wants to continue to manage that lifeless team for the rest of the year? With DraftStreet you can pick a new team every single night and get the chance every night to win tons of awesome cash prizes.
This is a salary cap league where everyone tries to assemble the best team out of the available players. You will have a $100k budget to build a team of 2 LW’s, 2 RW’s, 2 Center’s, 2 Defensive players, 1 Goalie, and a FLEX (which is any forward or defenseman). Each NHL player has been allocated a price based on their expected fantasy performance.
Do you go for it all by getting a few super stars and then buying a bunch of 3rd and 4th line scrubs, or do you balance out the roster with guys you think will perform that night?
For the FreeRoll game that we will be running on Thursday November 10th, you can put it all on the line for a chance to win $50 in prizes and best of all ... it's FREE! If you like it (which I know you will ... I'm friggin' addicted) then you can continue to play as many nights a week as you choose.
You can adjust your roster up until the contest starts on Thursday 11/10 at 7:00pm ET at which time your rosters will lock and the Live Scoreboard will be available.
